The heater is small, light and portable. I love the way it looks. The frame is metal but it looks like wood and the handle is faux leather I think.

Great little cute heater! Everyone is jealous and has already asked to borrow it and they move it all over the house wherever they are. I would run it outside or in the garage for a couple hours before you use it indoors, to burn off some of the chemicals that fume off of it when it's turned on for the first time. It's not too super loud but since it has a blower it does make some white noise that honestly you have to try not to fall asleep to when you're all warm and cozy lol

We bought this for use in a small RV. It is very efficient and provides plenty of heat for a small area. Being able to view the flame is a great option.
