The clothes are very clean, good job!

Waiting for back order was the only small issue I had.
Arrived as promised, intact, functional and stronger and much bette quaility than I expected.
Powerful and sturdy. Used for four loads now and getting the hang of just how much detergent to use, and so on. Kind of relaxing getting the laundry done I my own home and space now. I would have ordered sooner had I known this producrt was out there.
I highy recommend.

I am pleasantly surprised with this affordable product. It can handle a fairly large load and works just fine. Best thing is, it doesn't take up much room.

I absolutely LOVE my Kuppet! So much so that I actually named him Karl. This little machine has made my life infinitely easier. No more going to the laundromat. No more spending a small fortune in quarters. No more dealing with the residue from communal washers (allergies from hell)! My clothes are cleaner.
Since I also now use a clothesline to dry everything, I'm completely self sufficient, happier, saving money and have cleaner clothing....all thanks to my (Karl) Kuppet!

wonderful is very helpful. I'm very happy. delivery was very fast.

It was so cute when unboxed it. The washing capacity is really large but don’t want to over fill. The spinner/dryer works great and really gets a lot of water out of the clothes. Great product wish I had known about these little washers earlier. Thanks
Meagan S.
We absolutely love our mini washer but the instructions and manual are horrendous. Spend some money to get a better instruction manual! We had to look at online videos about how to use it
Customer
Cleans the clothing really well, and is actually kinda fun even with the extra two steps. Two thumbs up!

I was pleasantly surprised with how well this unit works. I am a single guy and it makes it easy to do the laundry every couple days so it does not build up and end in a trip to the laundry mat. The washer does an awesome job and even my levi's come out clean and the dryer removes so much water/moisture the clothes dry very quickly. All in all it is well worth the price.
Patricia D.
I feel as thou not only your product of mini washer/dryer; buy, others should redesign the inlet hose. As we are not able to use on standard faucets.
And my bathroom is small so I have to move and carry my washer to and from the room. And at 70 yrs young, it does create a back breaking chore.
A better inlet hose and maybe wheels that roll when moving it and wheels push up in the machine to stablize it. But I do love knowing I don't have contaminated clothes from 90 other people in this building that insist on doing pet laundry and their laundry when they are sick.
THank you for this product.
Adriana H.
More than what I expected! Now I don't have keep going to the laundry.

I've used it 3-4 times now. I've yet to fill it all the way to the top with clothes and water, just because I don't want to abuse it in case is too much. But today I washed 5 pairs of jeans together, 3 long and 2 bermuda, this only filled it 3/4. Later I washed 4 regular towels and 2 kitchen towels, and again was filled a bit less than 3/4. The spinner is pretty powerful too but I only fill it 3/4 as well. I notice something that really helps avoid having the spinner be off balance is to place the clothes on top of each other in a way that you can press on them with the provided lid and level it out. I've only gave it 2-2.5 minutes per load to spin and items come out better than they would from a regular washer once it's done. So, spinning for more time should have better results. Another great feature is the water pump, because the washer doesn't need to be placed in a higher position if you don't want to. Yes, there is some labor involved on your part for example draining the water and filling it again for the rinse and then moving items from washer to spinner but is not a big deal. I'm 5'6" and feel the height isn't bad for my back. Lastly, because I use it next to my kitchen with the dish hose, I'm able to remove the nozzle and connect the hose provided to fill it up with the help of some stwisty ties to secure it in place. Bonus, because I store it in the hallway closet when not in use and have carpet, I purchased furniture sliders (glued to bottom of legs) and this really helps moving it around. Before I was lifting it but it did make my back sore (existing condition).
Hope this helps you make a decision, I personally love it! and will give an update if anything changes.

Bought this washing machine for my home because it was a cheap option. I read from the reviews that the spin dryer will not get your clothes completely dry. I also read you’ll need an extra hose for the intake because it’s not going to be long enough or fit all standard faucets.
That being said I bought a new hose and a drying rack in addition to this product.
As soon as it was delivered I ripped it open and did two loads. One smaller and one a little larger. The smaller one, the spin driver was maybe a 3rd full of wet clothes and they came out dry enough that I could probably wear it right out of the dryer. Then I did a load with the washing side about a third full. But after the dryer it was only about 75% dry and needed the rack.
But, the clothes were clean. I did not need to spend $1,000 on a used washer/dryer and installing hookups. And I no longer have to spend $30 a week at the laundromat.
The only reason why it got 4 stars instead of five is because you do need to buy extra products to make it work. But it does work and it works great! No more laundromat for this sucker!

Recently moved into an apartment without w/d hookups. A good friend sent me a video of the Kuppet and I bought one the next day. I ordered during the pandemic, so the shipping was a month out, but I knew that when I made the order. My spaces available to use this are probably way more limited than most peoples, so we are still looking for a permanent home for it in my apartment, but that hasn't stopped us from using it! It works great! The washer does a great job, and the spin (no heat) dryer is fabulous! (think spinner for bathing suits at a pool). The spinner is smaller than the wash tub, so have a basket handy nearby for spinning out the wash water before the rinse). It did take me a wash or two to realize that for the best possible results you should put the clothes through the spinner after the wash/before the rinse, I'm a little slow some times) The spinner is the best! I don't think I have spun anything longer than a minute! The clothes are obviously wet (while handling them) I hang them on an over the door rack and make sure the ceiling fan is still on and they are dry by the next day for sure (different fabrics, you know). I am able to wash and spin my king size sheets, but king size blankets (even thin ones) I just take to the laundromat with my comforters.
I did have an issue where I needed to contact MecorDirect's customer service (initially through Amazon) but they were GREAT! They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was (and am) happy with my machine! Even if I move to a place with w/d hookups, i'll keep this gal tucked safely away and send it off with my daughter when she goes off to college!
TL/DR: Great product, great customer service, worth the investment.

I had the 17 lb capacity Kuppet machine for about a year and loved it. However, I decided to upgrade to the 26 lb capacity machine and I am so happy I did so! The old machine was good, but this model made a lot of improvements. The drain pump makes everything so much easier and prevents mold buildup. The spinner side is made with plastic instead of metal (which I found was creating holes in my clothes). AND I can fit like double the amount of clothes in one load. I used to have to do laundry every day, now I'm doing it only 3-4 times a week. I am so impressed with the power of this machine!

Update after having it for a couple of weeks. I still love it. If you drain it into your sink, make sure you put a piece of panty hose over the drain to catch the lint. A lot of lint comes out with the wash and it can clog your plumbing. The panty hose filters it out. I change the panty hose every one or two washes. I bought another hose off amazon that screws onto my kitchen faucet. It works way better than the one that comes with the machine. This is the one I bought https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GQFA1V0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_SfQ.Eb89Q9CN3
I tried to wash a full sized comforter in it. It’s a little too big. It didn’t spin well and I had to baby sit it and keep rearranging it and pulling half of it out so that it would spin. So I don’t recommend washing a comforter in this machine. Just get us dry cleaned.
Other than that I am still very happy with this machine.

This is a great little washing machine. It washes a decent load of clothes. I’m so happy that I don’t have to go to the laundromat. In these corona times, I don’t feel comfortable going to a laundry filled with people and using machines that others have probably washed contaminated bedding in.
It washes well, and the spin side gets the clothes close to dry so it doesn’t take as long in the dryer to dry! I’m very happy with this machine. I wish I had paid for the extended warranty when I bought it though because I don’t know how long this thing is gonna last. It’s made of plastic.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons:
The tube that’s supposed to hook to the sink is way too short. I had to tape another tube to it to make it long enough to go to my kitchen sink. Also the tube doesn’t fit on the sink well so I have to watch it close as I’m filling up the washer because the tube keeps falling off the faucet. The drain hose is made of cheap plastic so I don’t know how long it’s going to last. I hope it easy to replace.
I drain into the kitchen sink, the pump can’t pump all the water that high so I don’t know how I’m going to drain the rest. I can’t drain it outside because of the plants my landlord has. And I don’t want to keep dragging it to the bathtub.
The spin side shakes violently and thumps if you put too many clothes and if you don’t put them in there evenly.
You have to manually drain and fill after the washes and the rinses. You don’t just turn it on then it washes and rinses.
You have to fill it to wash, drain, fill it to rinse, drain, fill it to rinse again, drain. Do it does require SOME work but it’s still not nearly as much work as going to the laundromat.
Again I am very happy with this product. I highly recommend it

Since I relied heavily upon reviews to make my purchase, I thought I'd pitch in. My primary comment will be to listen to and watch the reviews already provided. These folks were spot on! Thank you to you all. Now my experience has been stellar! I never thought I would be standing here with my mouth agape about a portable washing machine but here I am. This little machine is killer, it washes well, it dries superbly, I don't know why I was so shocked, but it kinda rocked my covid world. I holds way more clothes than I expected in the wash side, you will be able to judge for yourself. It is a little clunky to maneuver, so like one customer said, it may help to get a dolly. I'm on day three, catching up with my pandemic laundry, but I am so pleased thus far. And the delivery was way faster than I expected.

I’m kicking myself that I didn’t do this years ago when I moved into my tiny apartment. It’s perfect and huge. I wash couch covers, sheets, jeans, sweaters and it all comes out perfect. I’m in domestic love with the washer spinner, LOL. I line or flat dry everything and it’s bone dry within an hour or so because the spinner works so well. The drain and inlet hoses are plastic so I replaced the inlet and I’m searching for a drain hose currently. I want something more long term. The ones they came with drip a bit and I don’t want to deal with the tiny mess. This washer/spin dryer are completely worth the wait for delivery because I’m never going outside for laundry again.

This is a great little machine. I couldn't believe how well it cleaned our clothes. The amount of dirty water that came out when I drained it was actually shocking. I binge watched several YouTube videos so I'd know how to use this properly. (So you don't have to lol)
I have it set up in my bathroom so instead of using the hose which isn't that great tbh, I purchased an extra long shower hose.
1. I add my clothes and fill it with the shower hose, toss in about 10 of those little agitator balls (purchased on Amazon) add a little less than half the soap you'd use for a regular machine for a full load * use less for smaller loads* I set it on 15 mins and let it wash.
*it does hold a large amount but don't over fill *
2. Switch it drain making sure the drain hose is place wherever you want it to drain. I use my toilet (lift lid and set it down over the hose to help it stay in place.) Try not to walk away when it's draining because if you forget about it you could blow up the motor.
3. Fill again and add fabric softener
Set time *I use 10 mins*
4. Drain *or retain water for another load if you want*
5. Transfer small amounts into spinner and place the lid on top of clothes. * don't over fill*
6. Make sure your drain hose is still in place. Turn timer to 5 mins. Sometimes I'll attach the end of the shower hose to the hose that came with it on the spinner side and turn on the shower for about 30 seconds for an extra rinse. Watch it. Usually the water stops coming out of the hose after about 2 minutes. You can stop it here if you want to. Letting it run longer doesn't get the clothes anymore dry.
Toss clothes in a basket and transfer more clothes into spinner..repeat
I also purchased a portable magic chef dryer that has been working great with this. Highly recommend it!

For anyone without the option of a full size washer/dryer, this is a life saver. It is powerful, dependable and a definite time/money saver. I love the thing.
If I have any issues they are:
The hose to connect to your faucet is flimsy. I use in the bathroom and fill with a handheld shower head. Much faster, my sink isn't out of commission while I do the wash and I don't have to worry about the hose slipping off the spigot and splashing water on the floor.
The markings on the controls are done in an ink that dissolved and gets on your hands when you turn them. Don't even need any markings as the controls are so simple but would have been better to just have the information imprinted in the plastic.
And that's about it. Everything else is great. Washing your clothes this way gives you a lot of control over things like water temperature, soak time etc. I use the gentle cycle always as this is plenty powerful. It is large enough handle several shirts or 3-4 pairs of pants at one time. The spin dry takes most of the water out so that hung up everything is ready to put away by morning. It's good to have a drying rack.
My procedure is
fill the washer side, add soap and or bleach and clothes. Run on gentle for a few minutes, let soak the desired time and then run again for about 10 minutes. Drain and refill and run again to get out most of the soap. Move the clothes to the spinner and spin for a minute, add a little water spin again for a minute and repeat until the water draining doesn't have soap in it. While spinning I start the next load in the washer side. To save water you can often reuse the rinse water from the last load. Finally, I spin for 5 minutes and the clothes come out slightly damp and ready to hang. Really, before you pack up for the laundromat prepared to watch dora the explorer in Spanish for 2-3 hours, order this and give it a shot. Put it in the bathroom where you can fill with the shower and drain into the tub. This is one of the most helpful items I've ever purchased.

Clothes are super dry after spin.
Best thing I did in January, to prepare for winter, so I didn't have to lug heavy clothes bins back and forth on ice and snow. Now with Coronavirus, I don't have to get exposed at the laundromat. I did not get any combination of the hose they included to work with my sink. I wasted time trying to buy things, then read that people just dump the water in. ♀️ I did that, then realized I had a long shower hose. Now when I wash, I put the shower hose in the wash side and I close the door on the hose and let the water pour in. I let the drain hose run on the shower floor.
To clean it out, I rinse both sides with the hose as well.
It's a 15 minute wash and depending on the clothes, I run it twice for a thirty minutes total.
For towels I run a rinse cycle with a lot of softener. If no softener, towels can get hard or stiff. I hang all my clothes inside to dry. They dry between 10 minutes to an hour.
Best machine ever, especially for a 1 bedroom apartment!

I am a mom of six, living on a farm. My washer is a speed queen wringer washer, so I'm used to a manual process. I got this so the kids could do laundry when I am sick or away. I now use it for most of our laundry.
If you are coming from a standard washer, this is going to be an adjustment. It fits less, and you need to do more, but I think the trdeoff for control is worth it. It is big enough to do all my normal laundry except the biggest comforter and my rugs. Like my wringer washer, I use the same water for multiple loads, so the water usage is far below that of a standard washer.
Contrary to what other reviewers have said, the washer does not drain when the spinner is in use. There is a mechanical plug that seals the washer side when the spinner is in operation. The draining water is from the spinner side. I know this because it is very easy to take it apart to clear clogs or remove debris at both the drain and the pump, and see how it functions. The water on the washer side will go down, but it is because it is in the clothes being moved to the spinner, not because it is draining.
Some tips for heavy use. Empty all pockets before washing. Things like change can slip into the drain and bounce around near the pump. Also, make sure to use the plastic fly lid on the spinner; the instructions weren't clear on how to use that, and it took a child sock flying out of the tub into the spinner drain for me to realize the piece's significance. You do not need to do a separate rinse for clothes, there is an inlet on the spinner side to run rinse water while spinning. I use laundry wash balls, so I don't need to rinse at all. If the spinner makes a lot of noise, doesn't get up to speed, or shakes the machine, the clothing needs to be gently repositioned to balance the load. If the pump isn't spitting out water, or its just a small trickle, there likely is a clog, which is easy to remove with a Philips screwdriver to open the pump.
I only wash for 6 mins and spin for 2, except for diapers, which I wash for ten. All in all, if I'm on top of it and running both at the same time, (using the sink as the hold for clothes to spin), I can do the equivalent of about 4 loads of a standard washer's clothing in a little over an hour. That's why I prefer this over standard modern washers.

I love this thing, so fare the clothes feel better than using my apartment complex washers. Alot of the reviews on here are confusing. 1. To clarify its capacity as I was worried about, you can easily do the same amount as the regular sized washers at the laundry mat. 2. I'm pretty sure that disc in the spinner side is to spread out the rinse water over the clothes. 3. Yes you cannot use the spin at the same time as wash or it'll drain the water out of both sides. 4. Some people use a bucket to fill it and you can. But I quickly got a longer hose and T'ed off the shower. I believe it's easier and the rinse cycle runs better. LASTLY If this thing lasts I bet you could use it in place of a normal washer and dryer if you live in dry climates. DOWNSIDES 1. Yes the instructions are awful. But it's easy to use. The biggest thing to know is to clean the drain trap in the washer side. 2. People complain about the short hose. I spent $6.00 on a T, and $12 on a 12 foot hose. (No big deal if this thing lasts).

I am very happy with this washing machine. My clothes came out clean and it dried the clothes surprisingly well on the spin cycle. It weighs about 33 lbs. I did have a learning curve accident, on the spin cycle, I dropped the hose and got water on the floor, a lot of water. I fill mine with a 3-gallon bucket and drain it into the tub. It has a hose to fill it with but I use a bucket. This is a great little washing machine.
Update: I have owned this for 6 months now. It has given me excellent service. I am happier with the purchase now than when I bought it. It gets my clothes clean. Easy to use and an excellent product. I still highly recommend it.
MiSsG
It works great. Gets my laundry clean.
I just don’t like that my clothes sometimes gets tangled in there.
The spin dryer works amazing as well, the laundry comes out almost dry. If I wash at night and air dry it ,it drys over night.
Roxanne Shepard
Have used the unit for couple weeks now. Works very well.
For the unit to not be a real full sized washer it does good for what it is. If you don’t have a full sized washer and are going to a laundry mat then this machine will please you very well.
Tricks have found using it.
Use a bucket to fill it up from the kitchen sink much faster then the hose it came with.
Get a bigger like bucket to drain it into.
When using spin dryer have the drain hose in the bucket. It will automatically turn the pump on.
Use small amount of detergent. Been using natural detergent seems to keep the fabric from fuzzing and seems to not have a lint problem using it.
Sweeps .
Oh, I love this machine.
I did my research; read a TON of reviews, watched a TON of videos
before making my purchase. I apologize for not adding photos
right now-maybe later.
Anyway, the dimensions of this unit 27.4* 16.1* 31.9 inches allow
me to fit this in my bathroom without space issue-I'm the only one
here so that's all that matters. The washer side is large enough to
fit 7 t-shirts and 3 pair shorts, while the spin-dryer side will hold
3 t-shirts and 2 pair shorts. The washer side will accommodate one
queen-size comforter-which is too large for the spin-dryer.
Now, there are 2 water inlets on the top
-1 for filling the washer
-1 for rinsing during spin-dryer
You can use the KUPPET without using those water
connections, but that means using a bucket for adding
water to the washer, then adding more buckets of water
for rinsing. You only need to fill the water to about half
level of the washer-the more water and more clothes
that get crammed into the washer means more stress
upon the motors and less to no agitation during the wash.
Once the wash is complete(15 minutes), you will then turn
the middle dial to DRAIN, and the built-in drain pump will
begin pumping out the water. While draining, assist by
reaching in and squeezing some of the water out of the clothes.
The built-in drain pump will get rid of about 99.5% of the
waste water-now if the KUPPET is raised so that the drain
hose is completely beneath the machine, gravity will assist
the pump in removing the remaining 0.5% of the waste water.
If you are using the water inlets or buckets, fill the washer
with fresh water to rinse-then drain again. Another way to rinse
is using the spin-dryer-if you have water connected to that inlet
-it will rinse and spin, spin and rinse.
The spin-dryer is smaller than the washer, so approximately
half of your wash load will fit each time-YMMV.
Drop each clothing item into the spin-dryer
-DO NOT CRAM THE SPIN-DRYER
Push down, if necessary, upon the clothes in the spin-dryer
to force excess water out-this water you will notice is already
draining, then resposition the clothes so that they lay loose
in the spin-dryer. Yes, use that plastic shield to position on
top of the clothes inside the spin-dryer-or else your clothes
will try to force its way out during the spin-dry cycle. This
is a spin-dryer, so there is no heat, and although you will be
amazed by how 'almost dry' the clothes have become-they
still won't be dry. When the 5 minute spin-dry cycle is complete,
I pull out the clothes then lay them back in and run it for
another 5 minute cycle. Have plenty of hangers or a place to
hang your clothes and in about an hour - VIOLA! .
BTW - Using these type washer\spin-dryer machines requires
more effort, but here is why you will want to purchase one immediately:
If you have been using machines that requires inserting COINS:
One Wash = $1.50
One Dry = $1.50
Let's say you do 4 loads a week:
One Wash x 4 = $6.00
One Dry x 4 = $6.00
$12.00 x 52 weeks = $624.00
$624.00 - $145.99(KUPPET 26lb machine) = $478.01 Savings
-This is why you will buy this KUPPET
From a size perspective, the KUPPET 26lb machine is the right
size for 2 Adults(maybe 2 Adults\1 Child), but if this machine
is just to service one person, the smaller size KUPPETs will suit
your needs as well as they operate the same way
-and save you even more money.
I certainly hope this helps at least one person,
and please supply your feedback as well so that
we can all learn and enjoy our KUPPETs together.
